As a wholesale provider of SMS and MMS services, we offer prepaid credit bundles that give you the most competitive unit price available in the market. This means that the more credits you buy, the lower the cost per unit.
How many credits do I need to send a message?
Each credit represents one message that you can send, which means that a bundle of 10 credits will allow you to send 10 messages. For SMS messages, you are limited to 160 characters per message, while for MMS messages, you can have up to 1,000 characters in the message body, plus an additional 30 characters for the subject line.
Will my credits expire?
The prepaid credits that you purchase from us have no expiration date, and there are no restrictions on how frequently or infrequently you can use them. You can use them whenever you need them, without any time constraints.
Is my data safe, will it be used for any other purpose?

Can I send messages that display a business name or numbers?
Yes, you can. Using your business name or your own mobile number can be a great way to strengthen your brand identity. When using this option, Cellcast charges 1.3 credits per message.

Can I purchase my own Virtual Number?
Yes, you can. You have the option to purchase virtual mobile numbers (VN) for an annual fee of $168 or a monthly fee of $18. Additionally, you can also purchase a short code (SC). Please contact our support team for further assistance with connecting your purchased VN or SC.
